Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unopened, with all seals intact and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to start a return Contact us at mail.susmundshop@web.de with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.

EU & UK customers – statutory right of withdrawal If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within this period by a clear statement (e.g. email to mail.susmundshop@web.de). The conditions above regarding unopened, sealed hygiene products apply in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at mail.susmundshop@web.de.
