Where we ship We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Ireland.
Fulfillment from Seoul All orders are packed and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in Seoul, South Korea — close to the source, so your K-Beauty arrives fresh and 100% authentic.
Processing time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery time (after processing)
- United States & Canada: approx. 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Ireland: approx. 8–14 business days
- Australia, New Zealand & Singapore: approx. 8–14 business days
Tracking Every order ships with full tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Customs & import duties Depending on your country, low-value import thresholds may apply. Any customs duties or import taxes that may be levied are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Address changes Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we can no longer make changes (including to the delivery address). We deliver only to the address provided at checkout.
