Overview This website is operated by SUSMUND, Owner: M. Arslan, Schloßstraße 68, 51429 Bergisch Gladbach, Germany ("SUSMUND", "we", "us"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products & Authenticity All products sold by SUSMUND are 100% authentic original products, sourced from authorized distribution in South Korea. Product images are displayed as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors is exact. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products offered and to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Prices & Payment All prices are shown including applicable VAT where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely via the payment methods offered at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order, you will be notified via the email address provided at checkout and any payment made will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery Shipping terms, destinations and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to consumers upon delivery of the goods.

6. Returns & Withdrawal Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Statutory withdrawal rights of consumers in the EU and UK remain unaffected.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website (texts, images, design, logos) is the property of SUSMUND or its licensors and may not be reproduced or exploited without our express written permission. Brand names such as medicube, SKIN1004 and Beauty of Joseon are trademarks of their respective owners; SUSMUND is an independent retailer.

8. Limitation of Liability We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability, including under product liability law, remains unaffected.

9. Consumer Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.

11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
